Our process for web production, graphic design and branding
Short and sweet, to bring clarity and focus

We have been involved with web and graphic design for quite a few years. We’ve had both simple and not-so-simple projects. What we have learned is to clarify the process, to structure all that needs to be done, so that there is no room for misunderstanding.
This is what we do:
1. Analysis
One of the most important parts of the process is the initial analysis. We communicate through meetings, telephone, Skype, email or whichever way is most suitable in order to get a detailed idea of what your requirements are. We want to know exactly what you require so that you’re happy at the end of the project. Rather more, than less.
This involves lots of questions, competitor analysis, navel-gazing and insights. This allows us to understand who you are and where you are going.
2. Concept
When we have a clear idea of what you require, it’s time to develop a concept. Or many. Whether it’s about a corporate visual identity or a complex e-commerce solution, we work through the concept from start to finish. That’s what it’s about – what should be achieved, based on the analysis.
3. Production
The production stage might seem a little dull. When the concept is done, it comes down to translating thoughts and sketches into print or code. Many cups of coffee and large, flat screens. But this also brings a greater sense of satisfaction. This is where you see thoughts, ideas and plans turn into something tangible. As a client, you now get to try out a draft website on the production server, or you get a proof from the printer. With your feedback, we move on to the next step.
4. Delivery
The process is almost complete. The website is user tested and completed, we install it on your server and toast the launch. We make a final colour correction and send the brochure to print.
We have followed the project milestones and kept to deadlines. Hopefully everyone is satisfied and our future mimic Casablanca – “I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship”.
