Graphic design and print material is like type-writing a novel before the invention of tippex, at least without extra payment to the printers. Therefore you want the print quality to be up to par, that the images haven't got a date stamp on them and that you get what you pay for. It sounds evident, but that's not always the case.
We have an eye for details. Perhaps a bit too much for our own good sometimes, but then again, if the result is good we are happy.

The logotype is the core of a business. It should work in all situations - on the letterhead, in the newspaper or the small banner on a website. It should fit in with all the company's identity. But most importantly it should symbolise what the company stands for and feel fresh today, as well as tomorrow.
Graphic profile / identity - is the complete picture, which often gets little attention. A company can invest heavily in a new website, but then sends letters to their customers with a sticker over the old letterhead. If they send letters at all.
In a more and more digital world, well designed letterheads, envelopes and cards for personalised messages on thick paper, are appreciated more and more.
