Terms & conditions

We don't want to make life more complicated than it already is, but like all companies, we also have a few regulations we abide by.

General
These terms and conditions define the relationship between the customer and Julian Communication, referred to as company below. A customer can be an individual or a company. If the customer is a minor, their guardian is responsible.

Length of contract
Unless previously agreed, the customer is to receive their invoice directly from .SE from year two.

A customer who let's the company administer domain renewal will receive an invoice one (1) month before the end of the previous term. This invoice needs to be settled before the date of renewal, otherwise the domain will not be renewed.

Payment
Registration fee shall be paid via bank transfer (bankgiro) in advance of registration. If the registration is unsuccessful, the full amount will be repaid.

Company resposibility
The company is not responsible for information or material the customer makes use of in relation to their domain name. The company is also not responsible for indirect damage, such as lost income or reduced productivity.

The company treats all customer data confidentially, to respect the integrity of the customer. Information is never given to a third party without the consent of the customer, unless required by court to do so.

The company is also not to be held financially resposible if someone breaks into their premises and steals, destroys or otherwise manipulate customer data.

Customer responsibility
The customer is asked to notify the company of any address and/or email changes, so that all domain related information is sent to the right place. More important is that the client keeps their details with .SE up-to-date: this registry can be consulted at www.iis.se.

The customer is responsible for all information related to their domain name.

Transfer
A transfer of a domain name, which needs to be done if a civic registration- or organisation number is changed, is done by filling out a specific form, for an additional fee. Change of address can be done by the customer via Domänhanteraren at .SE.

Force majeure
The company is excempted from responsibility of a potential breach of this contract due to unforeseen circumstances, such as war, riots, accidents, fire, lightning, explosion, floods, governmental mismanagement or other causes which the company has no clear responsibility for.

Dispute
Disputes about the interpretation or use of these terms of condition should be settled in a Swedish court based on Swedish law.

Changes
Changes to these terms and conditions are effective as soon as they are published on our website. Changes replace previous terms and conditions. Customers that have annually renewed contracts are not forced to extend their contracts. Potential price increases will not be effective until the next annual fee is due.
