Junior programmer and web developer

Location: Shanghai, Jing'an.
Job type: Full time

Job description: You should have a strong knowledge of php, open source content management systems and database design. Knowledge of open source e-commerce systems and XHTML/CSS is also desirable.

You will be working on projects for our international clients in all types of industries, often concerning multi-language cms-solutions. Other projects would include database modeling, writing customized functions and acting as a technical resource on smaller projects.

We think that you recently graduated or has 1-2 years of experience, that you like to keep yourself up-to-date with the industry and are not afraid to take initiatives and work independently.

The perfect candidate should fit the following requirements:

Excellent knowledge of PHP
Has worked with open source software, for example Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, osCommerce
Sound knowledge in mySQL and SQL, queries and database modeling
Of Chinese origin or fluent in mandarin
Basic English communication skills

Pluses:

Experience from asp, asp.net and other scripting languages
Knowledge of JavaScript/Ajax, web standards, browser compatibility, XHTML, CSS, xml
